First Aid :
Wash the contaminated area with plenty of soap and water. Remove contaminated clothing and get medical attention.
Antidote :
Atropine, in addition to oxime preparation such as toxogonin under medical supervision. Inject 2-4 mg Atropine sulphate (for children 0.5 to 2mg) i.v.every 5 to 10 minutes until signs of atropinisation occur.
